Law360 (April 7, 2021, 8:30 p.m. EDT) – CBD maker Sage Fulfillment called on a Connecticut federal judge to dismiss a pet product company’s claim that it was locked into an exclusive supply agreement, stating the company had the scam not sufficiently asserted took place.

In a recent petition, Sage said that former business partner Earth Animal Ventures Inc. had failed to demonstrate in its counterclaims that prior to the parties who sealed their deal there was fraudulent intent or specific fraudulent behavior.
