CBD Co. Says YouTuber Model Nelk ‘Bullying’ It In IP Combat

In a lawsuit filed in New York federal court on Friday, FullSend Inc. sought a determination that it did not infringe any copyrights or trademarks owned by Nelk, an entertainment company owned by a popular YouTube channel that has nearly 7 million followers and mainly produces prank videos.
