PURA and PAOG Companion On CBD Lab Development And Hemp

Dallas, Texas, October 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Puration, Inc. (OTC Pink: PURA) (“PURA”) and PAO Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: PAOG) (“PAOG”) today confirmed the partnership from PAOG as part of PURA’s new Farmersville Hemp Brand Initiative.

PURA is building partnerships for hemp processing and cultivation with the intention of establishing a cooperative for industrial hemp brands under the brand name Farmersville Hemp. In the way that Sun-Maid Raisins is collectively marketing to growers who all sell under one brand, PURA plans to collectively market to several hemp growers and processors under the Farmersville Hemp brand.

PAOG develops nutraceutical and pharmaceutical treatments derived from the company’s intellectual property related to research into CBD extracted in conjunction with a patented extraction method (U.S. Patent No. 9,199,960). PAOG expects sales of its first CBD nutritional products to begin immediately in the fourth quarter of 2021. The company confirms the shipment of its first CBD nutrient product to its distributor North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: USMJ).

In conjunction with PAOG’s ongoing CBD research, PAOG is working specifically with PURA on the dosage and construction of a laboratory and greenhouse for growing pharmaceutical grade hemp and developing proprietary hemp strains.

The total global industrial hemp market was estimated at $ 5 billion in 2019 and is expected to grow to $ 36 billion by 2026.

A key strategy of the Farmersville Hemp Brand joint marketing initiative is to deliver focused, hands-on seminars to established companies with existing non-hemp products and to demonstrate to these established companies how hemp can be used to innovate their existing product lines.

The company recently broke ground on its 70 acre property in Farmersville Texas. A construction platform has been approved for the construction of several buildings, in which PURA will facilitate the practical marketing of a large number of products that can be obtained from hemp.

The Farmersville Hemp Brand Facility will be able to host client companies for seminars to demonstrate hemp processing and how hemp is a natural, inexpensive, and even superior alternative to currently available building materials, nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals, clothing, fuels, and plastics – just to name a few to name a few. According to one source, more than 25,000 products can be made from hemp.

PURA does not plan to wait for Farmersville construction to begin before seminars begin. PURA intends to complete its hemp innovation curriculum shortly and start its first seminars in the fourth quarter of 2021.
