PURA CEO Replace On Farmersville Hemp Model Enterprise

Dallas, Texas, November 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Puration, Inc. (OTC Pink: PURA) announced today that it has released a CEO update from Brian Shibley this Thursday, November 18, 2021 has planned with the recently published Q3 financial report.

The update will provide the latest on the company’s implementation of the Farmersville Hemp Brand’s new business model and highlight the recently announced working relationship with UC Asset LP (OTCQX: UCASU).

UCASU and PURA recently announced the completion of a letter of intent outlining the terms of UCASU to fund the construction of PURA’s Farmersville branded cannabis facilities on PURA’s 72 acre property in Farmersville.

PURA subsequently announced plans with PAO Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: PAOG) that the two would partner with UC Asset LP to build a cannabis extraction laboratory.

PURA has launched an initiative to create a cooperative of hemp growers and processors who all sell under one brand name, Farmersville Hemp, similar to how Sun-Maid Raisins marketed collectively to growers who all sell under one brand name.

UCASU’s plans with PURA are tied to UCASU’s recently announced overall strategy to enter the cannabis real estate market.
