Three musicians who again CBD companies

Cannabidiol (CBD) is becoming one of the most sought-after nutritional supplements you can find. As more clinical research reveals the health benefits of CBD, it is growing into a huge industry.

Since this is such a new type of product, there aren’t any big companies or brands that everyone knows. What we see now is the first big corporations emerging, founded (or at least supported) by famous musicians we all know and love.

If you are looking for different CBD products at retailers like Joy Organics, you may be using some made by a company owned by your favorite artists. Here are three famous musicians who have supported new CBD businesses.

1. Travis Barker – Barker Wellness

Travis Barker is best known as the drummer for the popular pop-punk band blink-182. He has spent years touring and performing in addition to physical hobbies like muay thai. Between the stress and fear of being a music star and the physical toll his music and hobbies took on his body, Barker eventually tried to help CBD. He liked it so much that he started his own business called Barker Wellness. It uses THC-free products like CBD as well as CBN, CBC, and CBG to improve body health and people’s mental health. It makes products specifically designed to improve sleep, pain, and overall health maintenance.

2. John Legend – Plus Products Inc

In 2019, John Legend announced an investment partnership with Plus Products Inc. They also make hemp-based CBD products that are completely THC-free, meaning they don’t contain any psychoactive compounds that will get you high. They specialize in gummy candies, including a variety pack containing a mix of gummy candies that can help you sleep, improve your mood, or just keep your overall health and wellbeing up

Although he did not start the company himself, Legend knew Plus products and liked them so much that he wanted to give financial support. All the positive association and notoriety that the company gained through its association with its name didn’t hurt either.

3. Drake – Canopy Growth Corp.

Drake is one of Canada’s greatest music stars, and he followed in the footsteps of many other rap and hip-hop stars when he got into the cannabis business. He is partnered with Canopy Growth Corp, a Canadian company that makes a wide variety of cannabis-based products, including CBD. Unlike the previous two companies, Canopy Growth Corp makes products that contain THC, although they make some CBD-specific products. Canopy Growth Corp is actually partially owned by Snoop Dog, and they have partnered with Martha Stewart to bring a specific line of CBD products to market.

There are numerous other musicians and artists who have used their names and assets to support CBD and business use. Hopefully this will mean more people are becoming more aware of what CBD is and how it can help our health and wellbeing.
