Various Medical Merchandise Proclaims Acquisition of German CBD Wellness Firm

AMP Alternative Medical Products Inc. (Frankfurt: C4TA) (ISIN: CA0318961038) (CSE: XCX) announced on Wednesday that it acquired Greenrise GmbH, a Germany-based CBD wellness company whose brands include Herbify and CANAVEX.

As part of the deal, the Berlin provider of medical cannabis, the recently selected as the exclusive sales partner for all Aphria branded products imported or grown in Germany, issued 4.29 million of its common shares at 1.46 million CAD (1.17 million CAD) or 0.34 CAD per share to the founders of Greenrise GmbH, Hendrik Knopp, Florian Witt, and Alex Hintzwho has agreed to join the executive team of the newly combined company.

In addition, the company agreed Name change to Greenrise Global Brands Inc.

The company expects its common stock Start of trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under his new name on or around Monday, November 8th subject to the approval of the CSE.

As the CBD market is developing, Greenrise Wellbeing will launch additional brands for Vapes, liquids, topicals and cosmetics as well as innovative multi-channel content and social media marketing strategies.
